June 2010 Update: On Demand Production Network

Hello,

It's been a great month around the ODPN offices.  A number of our clients have won awards based on videos that we've produced.  At the same time one of our up and coming Directors JP has been nominated for some cool awards.  This month we're going to focus on JP for those of you who haven't yet worked with him.

JP has a 2010 Leo award nomination for Best Program, (Music Video) for the Hey Ocean video – A song about California.

He's also nominated for a Much Music Video Award for his work on the Ill Scarlett video shot in Toronto recently.  (see below)

On to the videos, (Directed by JP) for this month:

1. DHM Bars www.dhmbars.ca
Last month we were asked to create a unique 15-second commercial for DHM Bars.  This is a multi-platform commercial to run online as well as in taxicab advertising.  JP was chosen to direct the project, and the rest is history.  Check it out: http://www.odpn.ca/demand/videos/dhm_bars

2. Milkshakes and Razorblades – Ill Scarlett
JP was chosen to direct Ill Scarlett's latest music video shot in Toronto a couple months back.  Now the video is nominated for Best Post Production at the MMVA's:
